Ballet Memphis

Is one of your resolutions to move more in 2023? Ballet Memphis offers several classes to get you active in new ways. Improve your flexibility, posture, and coordination with Pilates classes taught on the mat and with equipment. Or explore new forms of movement and creative expression with an adult ballet class led by professional dancers. Adult ballet classes are small and open to beginners; the cost is just $15 for drop-ins. Stop by the Overton Square studio Friday nights at 5:30 p.m. for $5 ballet, Latin, and flamenco dance taught in Spanish.
