Ballet Memphis Pilates is a STOTT PILATE®S Academy partner, training individuals in the STOTT PILATES® method.
We have over 15 years of experience training teachers in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels and can mentor you on your Pilates education path. The program provides a balanced and thorough blend of theory, observation and practical experience to help you master the repertoire. At Ballet Memphis Pilates, you can take the certification courses, complete your exam, and take the yearly required 6 hours of Continuing Education Courses (CECs) to keep you up to date on the latest training information as well as add to your repertoire of STOTT® based exercises.
On completion of a course, participants will be able to teach the STOTT Pilates® method of exercise. Upon passing the exam, they will be recognized as a STOTT Pilates® Certified Instructor and will be included on the Merrithew Website as a Certified STOTT Pilates® instructor.
