Brandon Alexander Joins Ballet Memphis for "Dracula"
Brandon Alexander was born and raised in Houston, Texas and began his training with Lori Amare. He subsequently trained on scholarship at the Houston Ballet Academy and has danced with companies in the U.S., Estonia, and Germany. He was most recently a dancer with Smuin Contemporary Ballet in San Francisco and has danced works by Annabelle Lopez Ochoa, Amy Seiwert, Val Caniparoli, James Kudelka, Rex Wheeler, Silas Stubbs, Sir Kenneth MacMillan, Sir Frederick Ashton, Cayetano Soto, Itzik Galili, Jamey Leverett, Gerald Arpino, and Robert Joffrey among others. Brandon is very excited to be performing with the wonderful artists of Ballet Memphis!
