It is with profound sadness that we share with you that we are mourning the passing of our friend and colleague, Bruce Bui. As Ballet Memphis’ wardrobe supervisor for nearly 20 years, Bruce was an immense talent who designed costumes for countless ballets. His warm personality, love of the theatrical, and passion for mentoring others made him an invaluable part of the Ballet Memphis family.

He will be missed in the wardrobe shop, the studios, and behind the scenes in the theater, but Bruce will long be remembered on stage by his fabulous costumes. Our thoughts are with his husband, Greg Hammond, and his family of friends.
