first in an exciting new series of original work by sought-after young choreographers
A sense of making places, and taking you places, is what you'll experience in this first installment where choreographers explore the past, present and future of place through an entirely new lens of dance.
Featuring the work of
Joshua L. Peugh, one of Dance Magazine's "25 to Watch" in 2015, and whose new piece is completely set to STAX music! Jennifer Archibald is a powerhouse of style and grace who combines ballet with hip-hop to show us the collaborations and trials of today's times. And award-winning Gabrielle Lamb who choreographed last season's I Am a Woman: Moult returns to give us a look at the future and how we're all affected by time and it's effects on the environment and each other.
There are four seating options—Premiere ($72), A ($43), B ($22) and C (just $10.)
