Classes & Workshops

"I have taken Pilates at many venues over the past 15 years. I stay with Ballet Memphis for several reasons. They limit their mat classes to 10 and equipment classes to 4 because of their commitment to individual attention. Plus, there are classes for all levels of students, and most of their instructors have a dance background so movement is their specialty. They also recognize and allows students to rehab injuries. Pilates is a journey and you should consider taking it with Ballet Memphis."    —Judy Tucker, pilates client
