Types of Classes Offered
STOTT PILATES classes fall into two categories: mat classes that run in group sessions for nine- or 10-week intervals several times a year, and equipment classes that can be purchased as privates, semiprivates or groups. There are also occasional workshops on special topics.
Intro to Pilates is a special class offered to help first-timers get started with their Pilates practice. It prepares new clients for group mat work and helps instructors establish your level of strength and stability. Intro classes are only $15 and are highly recommended for anyone beginning a new workout program.
